The Neuro Gym gives people the opportunity to exercise and interact with others who have neurological conditions.

The Neuro Gym was developed in response to patients wishing to continue with an active lifestyle once they had been discharged from The Kingston Community Neuro Rehab Team. This service is based at the Cedars Unit, Tolworth Hospital at the following times and there is currently a £3.00 charge per session;

 

Monday

10.00-11.00hrs, 11.15-12.15hrs or 13:00hrs-14:00hrs

Wednesday

10.00-11.00hrs, 11.15-12.15hrs or 13.00 – 14.00hrs.

Friday

10.00-11.00hrs or 11.15-12.15hrs
