Explore our charity places in various popular running events across the UK, catering to all abilities from 5Ks and fun runs to full marathons, offering something for everyone. By taking on these challenges, you contribute to helping to raise awareness of MSA and generating funds needed to continue our work supporting the MSA community. Join us on this journey, and together, let’s work towards finding a cure.

Asics London 10k

Welcome to The London 10K, the most iconic capital city 10K race, taking place on Sunday 13 July 2025. Live bands, DJs and cheering fans will motivate you along the route, which takes you past Westminster Bridge, The London Eye, Regent Street, Piccadilly Circus and Big Ben. This flat and friendly event is perfect for beginners or seasoned pros chasing a new PB! Please register your interest below.

Frome Running Festival

Enjoy a closed road race which takes you around the stunning, historic town of Frome. Choose from a range of distances, with a half marathon route that takes you out into the Somerset countryside, or opt for the 5k keeping you within the town centre. The courses follow a road closed single loop circuit, with the Half Marathon route heading out around Frome town centre and the Somerset countryside, heading past the English Heritage site of Nunney Castle, and the 10k & 5k routes stay within Frome itself. Sheffield 10K

Staged in partnership with Sheffield City Council, the Sheffield Mutual Sheffield 10K is set right in the heart of South Yorkshire’s famous Steel City. A major event in the city’s running calendar, for 2025 the event will take place on Sunday 28 September, with thousands of runners of all abilities taking part. A fantastic atmosphere is always generated by the enthusiastic local support. Please register your interest below.

Cardiff Half Marathon

Its flat, fast course passes all of the city’s most breathtaking scenery and iconic landmarks including Cardiff Castle, the Principality Stadium, Civic Centre and stunning Cardiff Bay. Thousands of spectators turn out to cheer on the runners in a city renowned for its sporting passion. Cardiff is a lively capital city offering unique attractions, world-class sports stadiums, vibrant entertainment, waterside eateries and seemingly endless parkland. The event now offers a full weekend of activities, with a host of family-friendly activities at Saturday’s Cardiff Half Junior preceding Sunday’s half marathon. The Glasgow Half Marathon Morun

MoRunning brings everyday people together with our focus being to inspire you, your family, your kids and your friends to have the best time running! When you MoRun you will be inspired to achieve your goals, you will run with a smile on your face, you will meet incredible people and in turn help us raise awareness of MSA. Course details: The run route is mainly path – flat – dog friendly – suitable for buggy running – suitable for wheelchairs.

Challenge yourself to an International Run…

Amsterdam Marathon

Each year the Amsterdam Marathon hosts participants from over 100 nationalities all running the same course, starting and finishing in the Olympic Stadium. Passing through the Rijksmuseum, then stretch along the Amstel River, and run through the Vondelpark.

Paris Marathon

The Paris Marathon is one of Europe’s most popular sporting events. Your running journey will start on Les Champs Elysées before taking you on a truly spectacular journey through the City of Light. This grand, international city marathon attracts over 40,000 runners each year. We offer city centre Paris hotel stays with guaranteed entry and our running guide services.
